How to Get Kettle Bell Abs

Kettle bell abs | Strong And Fit are one of the best exercises for toning your entire body and strengthening your core. They’re also a great way to lose belly fat and tone your obliques.

Will kettlebell swings burn belly fat?

The seated kettle bell swing is one of the best exercises for burning ab fat and sculpting your core. Holding a single kettle bell in your hands, position your feet shoulder width apart and bend forward until the kettlebell is pressed overhead.

Keep your legs straight and heels firmly pressed into the floor. Simultaneously come to a seated position while pressing the kettlebell overhead, lowering back down slowly with a 5-7 second descent.

Twist the kettlebell over to the other side; try 10 times on each side.

Start on your back, holding a kettlebell at chest height, arms bent. Perform one push up, then remove your hand from the kettlebell to rotate to a side plank. Drive your knee to your elbow focusing on stability and maintaining alignment for a total of 5-8 reps.

Wood chops are another effective exercise for building balance between the left and right side of your body. Begin in a half-kneeling position, with your left foot planted in front and your left toes curled under for support.

Keeping both arms slightly bent, core engaged, and hips stable, draw the kettlebell up and across your torso diagonally until it’s raised above your right shoulder. Reverse the movement to return the kettlebell back down by your left hip, repeating 12 times.
